Excellence in Teaching: UCV Honors the Career of its Professors
The Central University of Venezuela (UCV), reaffirming its commitment to academic excellence, celebrated the past December 05 the University Professor's Day with an emotional recognition ceremony for teaching trajectory. Two fundamental figures from the Department of Geodetic Engineering and Surveying (DIGA) of the UCV were specially highlighted.
Professors Ángel Fonseca A. and Douglas R. Bravo A. were honored with the recognition pin, a well-deserved tribute to their years of uninterrupted dedication to training professionals in Geodetic Engineering and Surveying.
The activity was held in the University City of Caracas, a World Heritage Site, specifically in the auditorium of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences (FACES). It was attended by the highest university authorities, who honored the invaluable work of educators from all faculties.
This recognition underscores the vital importance that the Central University of Venezuela—the country's leading university—gives to its teaching staff.
